How long will my order take to arrive ?

If you order before 11:30, your order will normally be shipped on the same day. Orders placed later in the day will be shipped the next working day. We ship using Fedex's on a next day service.

Do I get a tracking number ?

Yes! Once your order has been shipped you will get an automated shipping confirmation email. Simply press the track my order button. If you have ordered more than one item, your order might be shipped in more than one parcel. Both can be tracked using the same tracking number.

Am I covered by a warranty?

Yes of course. All our products are new (unless it is a stated refurb). They're all covered by our 15 day return policy and a 1 year limited manufacturers' warranty. In most circumstances, we can ship out a free replacement part to fix warranty issues.

What if I need technical help ?
